The initiative is a cross-sector, industry-led organization that collaborates with employers, education, and community partners to identify and address challenges within the talent pipeline. Prior to joining CICP, Jason led the Office of Education Innovation (OEI) as the deputy mayor of education under Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. Before joining the Mayor’s office, Jasonheld a variety of senior positions at Teach For America.
